Founded from the dealership floor

Prima Lead was founded by Joel Glover, whose journey in the motor industry began on the showroom floor.

 

In 2008, Joel started selling vehicles at Hyundai East Rand. Working closely with customers, Sales Executives, Service Advisors, and managers revealed a simple truth:

 

Effective communication is the foundation of customer trust, retention, and repeat business.

 

Prima Lead was built to enhance - not replace - existing dealership systems, using WhatsApp as a bridge between dealer and customer in a way that feels natural, structured, and practical.
